Admission is open for limited seats. Registration is on first fill first served basis.

Unless you press the SUBMIT at the end of the form, the form will not be registered with us.

Successful candidates will be informed by e mail about the date and time of registration and interview.

Registration fee is non refundable.

After the submission of the online form you will receive an e-mail confirming the submission of the form.

Please quote the assigned registration number for all purposes.

1. Kindly press the SUBMIT button after filling in the form after which you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Please print a copy of the form after final submission which is to be submitted to the school in order to complete the registration.
2. The following information must be entered exactly as per the information available in the Passport:
  I. First Name, Middle Name and Surname of the child.
  II. Date of Birth of the Child.
  III. Father's Name (As per Father's passport).
  IV. Mother's Name (As per Mother's passport).
3. It is mandatory to enter all the fields which are marked in red.
4. In case there are siblings presently studying in the school, please specify the admission number of any one of the siblings.
5. Please enter the P.O. Box Address of the office. Please do not mention the name of the organization in the P.O. Box field.
It is mandatory to enter at least one of the two: Father's Office Address or Mother's Office Address.
6. It is important to correctly mention your email address and mobile phone number for correspondence through SMS and email.
7. The Forms will not be available once the quota of form is filled up.
8. Your Completed form will not be available for printing after 24hrs.
